The Sky Promenade is an open-air observation deck located on the 44th to 46th floors of Midland Square, one of Nagoya's tallest buildings. Unlike enclosed observatories, this deck allows visitors to feel the wind and hear the city sounds while taking in 360-degree views. The deck features a glass-floored section that lets you look straight down to the street below, adding a thrilling element. On clear days, you can see as far as Mount Fuji, the Japanese Alps, and Ise Bay. The experience is especially magical at sunset when the city lights begin to twinkle. The deck is designed with a gentle slope, making the walk feel like ascending into the sky. It's a popular spot for both tourists and locals seeking a romantic or contemplative moment above the bustling city.
