The Larco Museum houses the world's largest private collection of pre-Columbian art, with over 45,000 artifacts spanning 5,000 years. Housed in an 18th-century viceroyal mansion, the museum is renowned for its Moche erotic pottery gallery, gold and silver jewelry, and finely painted ceramics. The open storage area allows visitors to see thousands of pieces not on display.
