✨ HighlightBest Michelin star meal of my life for sure and top 1 or 2 meal of my life. Amazingly paced, with each dish bringing surprising and bold flavors. Taste was never sacrificed for creating something unique as I find often happens in Michelin places. The shapes, textures, and visuals of the food were exciting in every case, but the taste was still the priority. I am amazed by the variety of broths that came with some of the dishes. They had a very authentic, comforting and homely taste to them. The menu never slacked and stayed strong throughout the entire course. The cocktails were great too, I particularly enjoyed one with coconut milk. They used Indian influences in very clever ways that make a lot of sense in a cocktail. I feel lucky to have been invited to this place by our friends and it was an honor to meet the chef as well. Thank you!→
