Help & FAQ
Quick answers to how JetlyGo works. Can't find yours? Email hello@jetlygo.com.
Do I need an account to plan a trip?
No. You can plan a trip and get a full day-by-day itinerary without signing in. Signing in only adds cross-device sync, so a trip you start on your laptop shows up on your phone.
How does the trip planner work?
Tell us where you're going and your dates, and we draft a day-by-day plan using real, reviewed places, not generic filler. Every stop is something you can open, swap, or reorder, and named attractions link straight to their own things-to-do pages.
Is JetlyGo free?
Planning trips, browsing attractions and restaurants, and checking visa rules are free to use. Some deeper convenience features may become paid later, but the core planner stays free.
How do I save or share a trip?
On any generated itinerary, use Use this as my plan to save it. It saves to your browser instantly and, if you're signed in, syncs to your account. Public trips get a clean shareable link so anyone can view the plan.
Can I add my flight and hotel bookings?
Yes. Paste a confirmation email on the import page (or connect Gmail read-only) and we pull out the dates, route, confirmation number, and total, then add it to your reservations timeline and calendar, no retyping.
How do I check if I need a visa?
Our visa checker tells you the requirement for your destination based on your passport, in plain English, so you know before you book.
Can I track my trip budget?
Yes. Snap or upload a receipt and we read the amount, merchant, and date; foreign-currency receipts are converted to a running total so your spending stays in one place, even across countries.
What happens to the emails and text I paste in?
Booking emails and inspiration text are processed in memory to extract the details you see, and are not stored on our servers. Trips you explicitly save are kept so you can come back to them.
Still need a hand?
We read every message and usually reply within a day.
