Un poco de historia

Built in 1927 by architect Agha Ahmed Hussain, the palace was designed for Shivratan Mohatta. After the 1947 partition, the Mohatta family left for India, and the building later housed government offices. In 1999, it was restored and opened as a museum by the Mohatta Palace Museum Trust.
