Kiyosu Castle is a faithful reconstruction of the original 15th-century castle that played a key role in the unification of Japan under Oda Nobunaga. The current keep, rebuilt in 1989, houses a museum with exhibits on the castle's history and the life of Nobunaga. Visitors can explore the interior, climb to the top floor for views of the surrounding area, and stroll the grounds. The castle's distinctive white walls and golden shachihoko (mythical fish) ornaments make it a photogenic stop.
