Cómo llegar
Un poco de historia
The temple was begun in 1750 under Nanasaheb Peshwa and completed in 1784. It was built in a lake near the Parvati Temple. During the 18th and 19th centuries, the Marathas used the temple for military conferences against the Nizam and the British, with boats steered by non-native speakers for secrecy. The lake later dried up, and the park was developed by the Pune Municipal Corporation in the 1960s. A small museum displaying Ganesha idols was added in 1995.
