Kamado Shrine, perched on Mount Hōman in Dazaifu, is a historic Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity of fire and the hearth. Visitors climb a steep stone staircase lined with lanterns, passing through a striking vermilion torii gate. The shrine's main hall is nestled among ancient cedar trees, and from the precincts, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Dazaifu plain.
