✨ HighlightJust had the most disappointing experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill. 😔 1. The food was terrible—overpowering smell on the foie gras and the risotto was inedible. We couldn’t finish a single dish. 2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. 3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful! 4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all. 5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation. I’ve been to many 5-star restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience.
