Cool smash burger spot in Bellingham that has such a unique interior. The burgers are pretty good, but a little small. The cheeseburger was a little small, I guess I should have sprung for the double instead. The beef fat fries are absolutely delicious! A little salty, but man are they good! Also get the beef fat truffle mayo, because… why not? So good! Overall, a cool spot for a casual bite.
This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and drink. They had a wide variety of choices, something for everyone. Great service and friendly atmosphere.
Located in the historic train depot, this craft brewery serves cold and flavorful beer as well as good food. Bonus: there are 3 of the famous Boots outside as well as a few more in the connecting square.
