We enjoyed our dinner there on the Thanksgiving weekend… the restaurant looks and feels homey, warm and comfortable.. casual with ethnic touches.. service was professional, we ordered the crispy rolls (just ok for me but my partner liked it), their signature claypot fish (great, on the sweet side), and wild boar. It was quite busy on a Friday night so I would recommend making a reservation in advance. Street parking was plenty around and free after 6pm I think.
Super fresh ingredients and they have a great selection of nonalcoholic drinks. We got the green papaya salad and fresh hamachi rolls, and for drinks we got the honeybush fizz and green thumb. If you're used to their other restaurants like Ba Bar it's pretty much the same vibe.
Tasty food - too much American sugar added in. But overall fresh ingredients - service is lackluster. We sat next to a window. It was very dirty - like no manager/owner realizes that window wells need to be cleaned.
First experience at a Vietnamese restaurant! Great introduction. Food was excellent, atmosphere was energetic & fun, What we ate: Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Spicy Green Beans, & a deliciously fresh watermelon/feta salad were outstanding!!! Service was friendly, overall a great experience. Would absolutely come back and do it again next time I’m in Seattle!
