The Santa Monica Looff Hippodrome is a National Historic Landmark located at the entrance of the Santa Monica Pier. Built in 1922 by carousel maker Charles Looff, this distinctive building houses a beautifully restored 1922 Philadelphia Toboggan Company carousel with 44 hand-carved horses and a working pipe organ.
