✨ HighlightI have given up on Dulan's because of two unpleasant experiences in a row. Ordered four dinners on Sunday, December 22, 2024. Order 270868134. Two turkey wing dinners and two fried chicken dinners. This was a delivery order. When I received the order, the turkey wing dinners were placed in a bag together. Both dinners were packed sideways in the bag and all the contents were spilled in the bag from very sloppy packing. The supervisor on duty by the name of of Ashley was very rude. Told me I could get a refund for only one plate. I told her that was unacceptable since it was their negligence in packing the order properly that caused my food to be delivered in a big mess. I had a similar situation a few weeks earlier when I ordered 4 Sunday dinners and they were delivered without the drinks. The restaurant didn't want to take responsibility of their mistake at that time as well. I was told I could come in and pick-up the missing drinks if I wanted them. That was absolutely ridiculous because I paid for delivery and wasn't going to go across town to pick up something they forgot to include with the order. The owner of this location should be aware of what is going on at this establishment. The customer service skills of the so-called supervsior and manager at this location is absolutely horrendous. I will in no way continue to patronize this location or any other Dulan's location. At the time I am writing this review, I still haven't received a refund on the two damaged dinners that I received on 12/22. I suggest anyone think twice about ordering any food from this location, becauae you will be guaranteed to receive the same type of lousy service that I received. Take your money and patronize establishments that really value their customers, but Dulan's clearly does not value customers!→

✨ HighlightThe Panang Curry was magic! It was so tasty we were lapping it up outta the bowl like dogs on a hot day. The Jade Noodle was pretty bland over all and it's only saving grace was the crispy pork; THAT was delicious. Pad Thai was the last dish and it's Pad Thai, so not new territory but well executed. The place got packed shortly after we were sat for dinner and it's a small place so expect a line depending on the time of day. No frills type of place; just room to eat and plenty of Michelin stickers to look at while you wait although this is not a Michelin Star restaurant so just be aware of that. Service was good; food came out fast and our waiter communicated effectively. Was a good time all in all.→

✨ HighlightFor my birthday, I was craving French bistro fare and made a reservation here. It was a chilly Wednesday evening and there seemed to be a number of open slots available. The best seats here are inside at the counter where you can see the tiny kitchen and the chefs work their magic. The food was magnificent. Our favorites included the leeks fondant, the chicken liver mousse, trout almondine and the wonderful chocolate mousse. What a treat to watch our food prepared! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an excellent meal and we can't wait to return.→
