The D. M. Francis House is a historic residence built in 1908, located in Flagstaff's Southside neighborhood. Designed in the American Foursquare style, the house features a symmetrical facade, a front porch with classical columns, and a hipped roof with dormers. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 for its architectural significance. As a private home, it is not open to the public, but visitors can view its exterior from the street. The house stands as a well-preserved example of early 20th-century residential architecture in Flagstaff.
