This food was outstanding! I mean, so fresh, so flavorful and made with care. I decided to stop by and ordered the spicy beef tendon in chili oil and beef tripe hand pulled noodle soup. Let me tell you, that spicy beef tendon, I can eat a pan of that. It was so delicious, I had to force myself to stop eating them and make room for the soup! It wasn't too spicy, and it had the right amount of heat. Now, I would have preferred mine with more of a kick, but having the heat hit the mouth later was alright. Shortly after receiving this snack, the main event arrived and it was a gargantuan bowl of soup. Man, that broth was perfect on its own, but when I ate it with the noodles, I was truly in food heaven! Those noodles were made to perfection and every ingredient in the bowl literally just made that bowl sing. The perfectly cooked tripe and beef, vegetables and other mix-ins, it was truly sublime. Then I added some vinegar, hot chilis and a sweet tangy sauce in there, which truly elevated that bowl of soup to the next level. Definitely worth the trip and the food is reasonably priced! Make sure to come on an empty stomach because you will truly enjoy the meal and the offerings.
Hand made Ramen noodles… that’s all that is needed to be said. It’s a good little restaurant if you enjoy various Asian noodle cuisines. The dumplings were solid and the service was quick. Definitely recommend this place with friends… maybe not the greatest date location… but it’s a good place to eat! Definitely recommend, fine for the family and good value in the prices.
This place was recommended by a non Asian local. She said they make their own noodles and the Ramen is great. She was right. And I saw them in the kitchen making the noodles. People were nice and the service was really good. I’ll be back there next time I’m down there.
AMAZING TIME! The food was delicious and the service was great too! We tried the spring rolls and the ramen and we loved it. We will be back to eat sometime soon!
