What a great experience! From the time we got it the door, we enjoyed Gigi's! Our server Cody was attentive without being annoying. The food - oh my! Our group ordered all the appetizers to share and the Crunch Salad was a delicious favorite. Also our first time for caviar as well as anchovies. I cannot remember the names of the entrees, but we did family style and everything was incredible. Eric and Jacob put together a great meal for all!
I went to Gigis because everyone had been recommending it to me. I finally decided to try it out on a monday night without a reservation. I went early around 6:15 and was able to get a spot for two at the bar. Ordered the snapper crudo, pan seared gnocchi, fusilli pasta, and the tiramisu. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was good. Best tiramisu I have ever had, definitely a must order!
We were searching for someplace to get a nice, local meal. We. Some across Gigi’s and were so delighted! My grandson calls me Gigi so we just HAD to try it out . It was absolutely incredible! The homemade sauce on the pasta dishes is so delicious. If you are thirsty for a nice wine, try the house’s secret recipe Sangria. The atmosphere is of a quaint authentic Italian eatery and the staff are so very friendly and welcoming!
Review based on ordering large vegetarian pizza. When ordered, we were baffled why the woman who took our order did not tell is how much it was. We only found out after we saw the charge to the card before the pizza was delivered. It was over $41. This is for a pizza delivered less than two blocks away. So, Gigi’s, why don’t you tell people what you are charging them? Easy, we would have cancelled. The pizza was average at best. We felt like we got scammed but were Hungary and needed food. It is interesting that the driver asked if we were told the price when we ordered and we told him no. Please be more transparent with your prices. Interesting the receipt provided to us only said pizza size and total. If the pizza was even above average we would have been happier, but it wasn’t and this just made it worst. Never again.
