Went here for Date night with friends, first time visiting. The atmosphere was nice, extremely clean, warm, and intimate. Drinks were on point Lamb dish was not good, would not recommend, over cooked and tiny portion that did not match price. General Manager Nash made it right and gave us another dish. He was accommodating and invested in making sure we had an amazing experience. Prepare yourself for small portions, but if you're hungry, please try the Fried Lobster dish. It is delicious and filling. Does it say come back, YES.
This is a very nice place. We came for a friend’s brunch. The service was amazing. Aiden was our server and he was fantastic. The manager was sure to stop by several times during our visit. All of the food was amazing - especially the Deviled Egg Experience- you have to try it! This place will not disappoint!! Side note: they do not validate parking, so just be mindful.
I like to come to this place when I have a long layover in Atlanta as today. I was surprised that now they offer breakfast. However, it was so sad to see that all the options had eggs and sugar. When I ask if they could have something alternative to eggs they said that they offer the menu, without asking if I had any dietary restrictions or anything. I also asked for something without sugar and the options were water or coffee. The coffee was not good. The waiter emphasized that I should order something more than the coffee. They gave me less than three minutes to decide which one of the options was less inconvenient. I ordered the avocado toast and it was very disappointing. It was a packaged slice of bread with avocado. I used to like the food here but I think this was the last time I’ll eat here.
I was looking forward to a pleasant lunch at One Flew South with my husband at Hartsfield-Jackson, even going out of our way to dine there from a different terminal. I’ve frequented this restaurant many times and have always recommended it for its food, wine, and service. However, this time left us deeply disappointed. To my dismay, we were told we couldn’t sit inside, despite there being plenty of space and seeing others seated there shortly after we arrived. The hostess didn’t offer any explanation, and our server couldn’t explain the decision either, only mentioning that the manager had made a choice to limit seating inside for "a few people." This felt arbitrary and disrespectful, particularly since we were dressed professionally if that’s even a concern. We felt disrespected. For a place that charges premium prices, this experience was truly disheartening. I always recommend One Flew South to friends and colleagues traveling through Atlanta, but I may have to rethink that. Despite the treatment, I tipped our server well, as this situation wasn’t her fault. I hope One Flew South’s management takes note and ensures all guests are welcomed equally in the future. Or explain the reasons as no one provided us with a logical explanation.
