I want to start with recognizing the attentive staff! We ordered the tasting menu. I love ordering a tasting menu because I feel it’s where a patron can understand the intention behind the food. It allows us to get to “know” the message of the restaurant. We didn’t feel like we understood much after we finished. It was 8 dishes that tasted good, but nothing truly blew us away. There was no adventure, risk, or creativity in the dishes. Everything tasted very safe. We were really hoping for some bolder moments as the meal progressed, but didn’t get any. Overall, I’d try it again one day, but probably would not order the tasting menu again as it didn’t provide an interesting dining experience.

We chose this restaurant for a corporate dinner. Total attendees 9. Service was great and attentive. Food was rather over hyped and lacked flavor in my opinion. Prices were rather steep and didn’t match the outcomes we consumed. We ordered a huge host of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Food lacked the “wow factor” and left us a tad bit disappointed.

We have not been to this restaurant in quite some time. Now I’m sorry I waited so long. The food was extraordinary truly. Our waitress was attentive and informative. The ambience now is quiet and quite luxurious. This is the place for fine dining.

My first visit to Aria and the service, wine and food were excellent. I had an amazing white by the glass (two in fact) of the Albillo and it was so fragrant and aromatic. Totally delicious and I've been searching the web to try and order it (not successful yet). I felt like comfort food and wanted to try a couple of different dishes so we ordered the pork belly for the table. This was the only disappointment. It was really overcooked and tough and nothing like other pork belly I'd previously had. For a starter, I order the hamachi which is probably my favorite sushi. It was superb. There was a lot of fish yet it was light. I could have done without so much radish and sauce but the fish was generous. Finally, I wanted comfort food so I ordered the clam chowder for an entree. Yes, weird I know. But it was the best of all three dishes! Again, portion was quite large and all that warm deliciousness was perfectly seasoned and balanced. Someone ordered. dessert to share and I had a bite but I honestly can't remember what it was. So, it was literally forgettable. Or maybe I was just so satisfied with my main that it didn't imprint. Service was perfection! Warm, friendly but professional and perfectly timed. Would definitely return.
