Staplehouse is about to become a new staple restaurant in my eating out rotation! The Grinder sandwich literally blew my freaking mind. 10/10. High quality ingredients all perfectly balanced on the most DELICIOUS bread. Well worth $23 - such care and craftsmanship. Whoever made the recipe deserves an Oscar - or whatever the sandwich making equivalent is. Kale Caesar Salad was also a banger - I normally avoid Cesar salads like the plague at restaurants because they’re so limp and lifeless. This one had much gusto and flare, a very unique take with smooth, tangy dressing. Also you feel so dang healthy after eating it. Another 10. Only thing that didn’t blow my mind was the Alkaline Noodles - I wanted to like them so much but they’re a little lacking in taste - salty and spicy but weirdly flavorless. Noodle texture was great though and I think this could be another perfect dish if they made them a little more fragrant and saucy. But that’s just one little lady’s thoughts. Overall, marvelous. I will be a patron for as long as I live!
One of my favorite places to go for lunch in Atlanta. If you want the best sandwich/pizza you’ve ever tried, you need to come here. Top quality ingredients. Friendly service. Great vibes outside. You get to walk through the kitchen on your way to the outdoor area and see their spotless setup. Small menu and it changes often but it will hit no matter what it is. Kinda hard to find parking but I usually find street parking somewhere close and walk.
Warm, neighborhood spot for great food. Significant changes since Covid; so happy they’re still here providing excellent food and service.
When we come into Atlanta, we go to Staplehouse. The employees are personable, the menu changes regularly, but whatever you order will be good - especially the Short Rib Au Jus hero/po-boy
