Food: 4.5/5 - plenty of tastes and impressive attention to detail by the chefs. The beef is the dish to have. Service: 4.5/5 - Many reviews note poor service, however, I found the service to be reasonably fast, attentive and friendly. From my experience I would disagree with comments on poor service. Atmosphere: 5/5 - Stting at the bar overlooking the chefs was great for atmosphere, the best area to sit is directly in-front of the grill. Price: 3/5 - There are comparable restaurants at lower prices and some items on the menu are uncomfortably expensive for what you receive. Tomato salad one to avoid if you like value for money. Would visit again

What a lovely modern bistro in Notting Hill! Clever and beautiful dishes, from small bites to huge meat feasts and everything in between. The flavours stood out, with a hint of the charcoal grill. And of course the spectacular venison leg, where you could taste all different parts with so many different flavours and textures! Highly recommended!

We came here as a group of 4 with some visiting family and unfortunately left severely disappointed. Food was good, although portions are really quite small. Unfortunately the restaurant is trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into the limited space, which means that the staff have nowhere to move in between tables and will constantly bump into you (or ask you to squeeze towards the table) when serving other tables. This literally happened every other minute to the extent that we considered getting up and leaving. The restaurant is very noisy and this is exacerbated by the very loud music, which makes it impossible to have any kind of conversation. Waiters were friendly but not particularly attentive and when we complained to the manager about the constant bumping due to the lack of space, he didn't seem to care nor was any kind of compensation or removal of service charge offered. We will certainly not be coming back again.

Amazing place. Food was 5/5. Loved the staff. Pricey, but felt worth the expense given the incredible experience. Next time we are in London we will return...
