I recently had the pleasure of dining at Black Salt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is incredibly beautiful, with a decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a meal, whether you're out for a special occasion or just a casual night out. We started our meal with the house Caesar, which was fresh and flavorful, setting the tone for what was to come. The seafood saffron risotto was a standout dish, rich and creamy with a perfect blend of seafood and saffron that made every bite delightful. We also tried the skinny fries, which were crisp and well-seasoned, a perfect side to our main dishes. For drinks, we opted for the V60 (Colombian), which was brewed to perfection, offering a smooth and rich coffee experience. To finish off our meal, we had the deconstructed vanilla milk cake, a creative and delicious dessert that was a wonderful end to a fantastic meal. Despite the top-notch food and enjoyable atmosphere, the restaurant was surprisingly empty. I hope that more people discover Black Salt soon, as it truly deserves to be bustling with diners eager to enjoy their spectacular food and beverages. This hidden gem is well worth a visit! We also purchases a few Cold Brews; Hibiscus and The Regular to go!

Had a fantastic dining experience here! The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Avo Sourdough Pizza, which was fresh and flavorful with the perfect balance of creamy avocado and crispy crust. The Donut Latte was a delightful surprise—rich, smooth, and with just the right amount of sweetness. For dessert, the Sticky Toffee Cake was to die for—moist, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal. Our server, Sharol, made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and really knew the menu well. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Highly recommend this place for both the great food and the excellent service! We’ll definitely be back.

There is to much emphasis on presentation and little on taste and quality. One of the meat dishes tasted terrible, and it was even acknowledged by chef, all they done was to take off the bill??? Very poor resolution experience.

BLACK SALT : This is one of hidden gem located near Sharjah university , area called Muwailih Sharjah. Its an casual dining mix of American and Indian, Chinese fast food. It’s a lovely place to hang out with friends & family. Public Parking spaces are available, but make sure you have to pay parking on Friday / Public holidays. Let’s talk about restaurant, which they have sufficient sitting table, soft music and dark classy theme which is suites to its environment. The staff and manager are attentive and friendly to reply any question. As the restaurant is cozy the menu set designed and there presentation in a unique way.. have a look on post or photos shared. Food starts with cheese and butter which is complementary served. Followed by Passion cola with nitrogen gas brewing. In main course, must try their Chicken Fajita Messy Fries which has unique way to presentation which includes with potato fried with piquant chicken Fajita, nacho cheese sauce and melted mozzarella, Butter Chicken Chow which served with style bread bowl with butter rice and salad & oriental Rice bowl which comes with hot chicken or prawn Manchurian served in a bowl of egg and vegetable fried rice. Ending with their another drinks called Hibiscus Tea which is served in a glass bowl with nitrogen ice and later can tap to serve in small glass. Overall it’s a unique experience, can give 4/5 my experience review.
