08/11/2024 The tea really needs improvement. However the cheese parata sandwich was really good and fresh.
Very satisfied with the food and the service....quickly served...must visit on the go to fujairah via kalpa..
The hospitality, passion and creativity of this restaurant was second to none. The food here is not traditional food cooked well but food reimagined, e.g. panna cotta made with white asparagus etc. We were challenged by the food. It may not be for everyone.
Absolutely delicious tasting menu and matching wines. Everything was beautiful to look at but tasted great which at the end of the day is the most important thing! Hard to choose a favourite course but for me the salmon was the stand out for depth of flavour. Honourable mention to the onion tart. Even the petit fours- chocolate discs were delicious. The wines were excellent and the experience was enhanced by the engaging sommelier.
