Lovely place we booked a table with Burj Khalifa View, we tried the Afternoon tea but if they add more options for sandwiches than sweets it’ll be great but it was nice too
The ambiance was the perfect blend of luxury and serenity, making it an ideal spot for a quiet escape. The coffee was expertly brewed, and the service was impeccable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the experience was evident. If you're in search of a refined, peaceful setting for coffee this is definitely the place to indulge in a five-star experience.
Bad service Came there for drinks with my friend the hostess and manager were super nice at the door, they explained to us that we can stay maximum of 2 hours since it was busy and that was understable, the. We get to the table by the terrace, and RIAZ he was wearing black uniform was extremely rude very arrogant totally unprofessional he told us that we hv to leave after 30 minutes because we are not ordering much,we had ordered drinks n I was looking at the food menu to order a carvier and I had to leave because he kept on telling us we can only stay 30 minutes, cavier is more expensive than the minimum spent he was talking about ,we felt like he was being a racist because we are Africans.this is not right and every race has a right to dine in and hv a good experience, please look into the matter n ask RIAZ to stop chasing customers, totally disappointed
The venue is amazing with live flowers everywhere The table are having roses and the table set up is great The coffee comes with chocolates The service staff are helpful I consider to come back The prices are..... expensive but at the end this is a four seasons and we pay the price
