We came here for the Sunday dim sum and there had a good mix of steam and fried dim sum which were authentic and good. For mains, we had the fried noodle and ho fun but my fav was the beef hand pulled noodle soup. The view (outside) was superb with Burj Al Arab. Service was superb and was impressed with Justin who was professional and thoughtful. Had a good deal via superclub- so good we came back again another women’s. Highly recommended!
Great dinning experience. It was a random choice for Monday’s night. The vegetarian options are very tasty and the portions just right. We were attended to by Nina who handled our food orders in a very swift and proper manner. The ambience is soft and light. A 5/5 first visit.
THE worst service I’ve ever experienced at Zheng He, super disappointing as we’ve been coming here since 2005. The manager BIJU was super arrogant, rude and unprofessional and was actually arguing/interrupting us as we expressed our complaint , who has apparently worked for 20 years with the group. This is NOT a 5-star restaurant’s way. Very poor from Jumeirah Group. Note to Ms. Jaime Simpson and the Mina Salam management, alot of reviews on here have mentioned the exact same complaints of Biju the manager, you’ve only tokenly written a standard response to do better but clearly you do not take customer complaints seriously to improve your business. Please do better as the restaurant is not as busy, probably due to the poor service. There are many excellent 5-star restaurants and non 5-star restaurants that provide amazing service. Mott 32, Sushi Samba, Hutong, Buddah Bar all are an example of what a 5-star restaurant with a view should be. This felt like a tourist trap kind of restaurant. If you want to check the reservation - it was under my family’s name and know more feel free to actually reach out - but i expect you will only send a general copy pasted response.
Came to Zheng He’s after long time . Still it is the best restaurant in Jumeirah . Starting from the door - warm greeting, personalised touch, you will feel like you came to friend home. Big clapping to chefs: duck and dim sums are amazing. Thanks to Bijo and Yuliia for wonderful service. Definitely will come back ♥️
