This restaurant is amazing, not only the state of art the main chef has, but also the entire crew has been the top touch professional. Moreover, this one is the best of the best among the global Michelin restaurants.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Stay that effortlessly lives up to its two Michelin stars. I was very pleased by the refined ambiance and impeccable service. The menu is a testament to the chef's mastery of French cuisine. While the dishes may appear deceptively simple, each bite is a symphony of flavors, textures, and aromas. The ingredients are showcased with precision, and techniques and the portion sizes are perfect without being overwhelming. I was particularly impressed by the way the restaurant managed to balance innovation with tradition. The dishes were both familiar and surprising, with each element contributing to a harmonious and unforgettable dining experience. A special thanks to Noel, Chef Ilya, Shashith, the sommelier who provided impeccable wine recommendations, their expert knowledge and personalized service elevated the dining experience even further. I highly recommend Stay. The combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and elegant atmosphere make it a truly unforgettable dining experience.

We had an amazing dinner at Stay. The food is delicious, prepared from the highest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The tasting menu offers a great opportunity to sample the creativity and skill of the chef and kitchen team. A great team in the dining room makes sure you’re well taken care of. Whether it’s the manager, Maria, or the very talented head sommelier, Danijela, they are a pleasure to talk to and they are determined to make sure that you have the best possible experience. The dining room is beautiful, comfortable and a great setting for an enjoyable and memorable evening. I know from previous experience that the terrace is also a wonderful option, but on this occasion it was simply too warm outside. I give Stay my very best recommendation.

What can I say about restaurant Stay where we had two days of heavenly food. Yannick Alléno may compose the menu with his culinary inspiration, it is chef Ilya and his kitchen team who cook the stars from the sky in the Palm. We have been coming to the OOTP for more than two lustrums and what keeps us coming back is the tailor-made service that Stay offers. At the special request of his guests, chef Ilya sometimes deviates from the menu and we really appreciates that. The ego of a chef is not important, to accommodate the wishes of the guests comes first. With thanks to the service team, Aquib Dani, Chandru, Dilki, Noel and Shas who provided perfect service. All in all, we had another delicious diner at Stay and will remain on our bucket list every year.
