Having been to his restaurant in the Basque country, my expectations were high and I was not disappointed! Excellent service, beautiful atmospheric setting, stunning views, luxurious, delightful food + drink offering made with fresh high quality ingredients from Europe. Expect to be served authentic, delicately seasoned and delicious food from Jara by Martin Berasategui. Dishes I recommend: - Kokotxas casserole with clams - Oysters with tximista sauce - Fresh and compressed fruits in their own juice
The ingredients used are incredible. Fish so fresh it swims to your table and beef of the very best quality. This however, is all let down by the dishes being really bland. It was overpriced and over rated. The Dorchester property is divine however.
Amazing experience, reception team very kind, smiling all the time and very helpful, we went without booking however they gave us a very nice table by the view, the lady was Arabic we don’t remember her name, big thanks to her.the food and the service team from the other side were wonderful.
One of the best experience ever! food was amazing, please try the tomato tartare! But most of all eas the outstanding service, the General Manager Zeke Bellorin talked us to the whole menu, and explained every dish. As I am in the restaurant and wine busines I have visited all the great restaurants in Dubai, and I can say, Jara is one of the best!
