✨ HighlightLast night we had a valentines dinner, the manager take us some seats give the menu then leaves us without asking what we want for the 5course dinner, after 40mins my wife tell the waitress our order because nobody asking us about what we want to order or even bother us if we want some drinks, after few more mins I’m asking the some waitress where is the food and AGAIN even the manager keep ignoring us, nobody wants to eye contact with us because we need something , when they walking near to us they gonna walk fast so they’re not gonna bother, we book online for our dinner I dnt want to just get out there, but still I’m hoping they gonna give something, Now it’s been 1:41 mins waiting it’s been ridiculous for the amount of waiting , then my wife ask the manager , they’re respond is they forget to punch the our order but yet nobody asking about us even water for that amount time, this waitress with the blue jacket and blue pants keep ignoring us even if we say follow up the order. after 2:20 mins appetizer have been arrive, I tell them to give us everything until main course because we’re starving, yet nobody respond, my wife AGAIN need to go out of the table just to tell them that give us the main course. the food was great yet the communication of the dining and kitchen is very low. I keep my temper cool for the whole night just to not ruin my valentine dinner but still the service staff to manager RUIN it. We’re gonna book in the hotel this coming days , but I think we’re gonna change for the better. Not gonna enter that hotel again. If the staff is untrained and for sure the management as well.→

✨ HighlightWe went there for lunch on a Tuesday. The place was empty except for another table where I guess the hotel staff was having a team building event. Because of this, they were not serving the business lunch option advertised on each table. The food was delicious. Prices quite high for being Ajman, more in line with Dubai, but I can tell the quality was high and we massively enjoyed the food.→

After trying a lot of restaurants and open buffets, this is one of the best 👌 The variety of grills, including Afghani kebab, fish kabab, chicken kebab, shish tawook, and kofta. Also, the buffet includes vegetable sotee, chicken mandi, chicken butter, and mutton mandi. Mix sea food is also available but not as good as grills. Soaps of Dal and chicken and sour were available. Kids' corner of fries and nuggets available. Plus, live pasta 😋 cooking. Moreover, drinks available water, hot coffee ☕️ and tea 🍵. Overall, it was a very good experience. Only the staff was not that professional. They did not greet people and not help visitors. Check photos for more info. Have a good time. The food was exceptional. The antipasto board was beautifully arranged and packed with flavor. The salmon and Beef was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. There was real pizza making for my child with the chef, which was a memorable experience for him. The staff, especially Sheron and Jewel, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Sheron was attentive and friendly, while Jewel’s efforts to make our brunch special were truly appreciated. Chef Rakesh's authentic Italian dishes were the star of the show, showcasing his culinary expertise and passion for Italian cuisine. Every bite was a testament to his skill and dedication. ✨ HighlightI was warmly welcomed by the hostess, Amina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found everything I was looking for at the buffet, and the food quality was excellent. There were seating areas both inside and outside, and the service was fast. Overall, a great experience!→

✨ HighlightWay below average food for inflated prices. Salmon crudo had an aftertaste, tuna tartare underwhelming and bad, and lobster linguine was served with undercooked/raw lobster!!!!! Additionally, service is way too slow with the food taking more than an hour to be fully served (while the restaurant had only to 2 other tables of two people). Super disappointing - highly not recommended.→
