Dundee Parish Church, also known as St Mary's, occupies a site that has been used for worship since the 12th century. The current building dates largely from the 19th century, but its most notable feature is the 15th-century Gothic steeple, which survived the town's destruction by fire in the 17th century. Inside, the church features a spacious interior with modern stained glass and a historic pulpit. It serves as the city's principal Church of Scotland congregation and hosts community events. The steeple is a recognizable part of Dundee's skyline.
