Dundee Law is a prominent volcanic hill that rises 174 meters above sea level, providing visitors with sweeping views of Dundee, the River Tay, and the Fife hills. A short but steep walk from the city center leads to the summit, where a war memorial and a small car park sit. On clear days, you can see as far as the Cairngorms. It's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, especially at sunrise or sunset, and offers a great introduction to the city's geography.

Don't miss

  • Panoramic views from the summit, including the Tay Rail Bridge and the V&A Dundee
  • The Law War Memorial, commemorating local soldiers from World War I
  • A short, steep walk from the city center, with benches for resting
