Really impressed with the ambience and the cocktails. Everything tasted really good and fresh. Sauces stood out as well. It was also a nice and unique touch how they played with the temperatures of the dishes and mixed cold and hot dishes together.
Akira Back was the best restaurant I visited in Türkiye. From the moment I entered the restaurant until I left, all the staff treated me with kindness, which made me feel good. Looking at the romantic atmosphere and the birthday celebration at the table next to me, I thought I would like to visit again for my anniversary. If you visit when the sun is setting, you can see the sea in front of you, so you can enjoy an even more beautiful view along with the sunset. Most of the food was delicious, but I definitely recommend ordering tuna pizza. Akira Back‘s signature dessert also has a different charm from traditional Turkish desserts, so be sure to order it. The wonderful interior, friendly service, and great food to match provided a special experience during my trip to Türkiye.
This one Michelin star does not live to the hype of having a Michelin star. The food is good, the service is mediocre, they do not know the basics, such as serving wine, clearing the table, the courses take too long, the check is presented without asking, and without offering coffee or dessert. In short, a let down experience not worth the price or the prize.
We tried many Japanese restaurants in Istanbul, but Akira back is the best. Of course is a Michelin restaurant 👌😋 highly recommended to everyone to try you will not regret 😀♥️👏🫶
