The Mosque of the Three Doors, dating to 866, is one of the oldest surviving mosques in the Islamic world and a gem of early Islamic architecture. Its distinctive facade features three identical horseshoe arches supported by columns, a design that influenced later North African mosques. Inside, the small prayer hall is simple yet elegant, with a mihrab and ancient inscriptions. Visitors appreciate its historical significance and the quiet atmosphere away from the main tourist crowds.
