Beautiful experience from start to finish. My partner and I are both vegan and, having informed the restaurant in advance, were able to enjoy vegan versions of the whole tasting menu! Even the little chocolate platter at the end! Staff are extremely friendly and attentive and had answers to all our questions. The atmosphere is lovely, and the pacing of the food was perfect - not too prolonged and not rushed. The food was dreamy. Each course was imaginative, tasted beautiful, and all was very different! Very inspiring to have such creative food and to be exposed to so many different ingredients and flavours! I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience at Gaa! The food was excellent, and my wife absolutely loved it. Not sure if it’s Indian food, but it had a modern twist and tasted great. They also accommodated my dietary preferences no pork, no lard, and no alcohol at all which I really appreciated. Great service and flavors. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

This was hands down our favourite meal on our epicurean journey of Bangkok. The minimalist decoration and well trained staff made us feel so warm, relaxed, and welcome, while the menu reflected incredible flavours sourced all from Thailand, but paired with new techniques, gorgeous presentation, and a great balance throughout the tasting menu. The combination of all these elements was simply sublime. Beyond this we also loved the interactions with varying members of the kitchen team from the had chef down. All of them took pride in what their kitchen has created and were able to explain in detail how they prepared each dish, the complexities, and still had the patience to smile and take their time to talk to us despite all our follow up questions. We left the restaurant feeling full, content, loved, and utterly spoiled. No doubt that Gaa stands out as one of the best culinary experiences we have ever enjoyed in all our years living in SE Asia and I dream of coming back soon! Thank you GAA!!!!

I dined at three 2 Michelin Star restaurants in Bangkok, and this was my favorite. The food is delicious, creative and flavorful, the service is kind and welcoming, and while you expect a fine dining experience to be expensive, this was the most reasonable of the 3 restaurants I visited and the one that I feel represents true value. Also, it was very thoughtful of them to keep some books on the table for me as they knew I was dining solo. Special thanks to Gaurav for being patient and accommodating with my wine pairing.
