Wat Phra Kaew, also known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is the holiest Buddhist site in Thailand. Situated within the grounds of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, this ornate temple complex dazzles visitors with its intricate architecture, colorful murals, and golden stupas. The centerpiece is the small but highly venerated Emerald Buddha statue, carved from a single block of jade and dressed in seasonal robes by the King. Visitors explore the cloisters adorned with Ramakien murals and admire the detailed craftsmanship of the temple buildings, all while observing strict dress codes and respectful behavior.
