The Bangkok National Museum, housed in the former Wang Na Palace, is the largest museum in Southeast Asia. Its sprawling galleries display a comprehensive collection of Thai art and artifacts, from prehistoric pottery and Buddhist sculptures to royal regalia and traditional musical instruments. Highlights include the Ram Kamhaeng inscription, a UNESCO Memory of the World, and the ornate funeral chariots. Visitors can explore the three main buildings, the Siwamokhaphiman Hall, the Buddhaisawan Chapel, and the Red House, each offering a deep dive into Thailand's cultural heritage.
