Beit Ghazaleh is a beautifully restored 17th-century Ottoman mansion in the Al-Jdayde district, now operating as a museum. The house exemplifies traditional Aleppine domestic architecture, with a central courtyard adorned with a marble fountain and surrounded by iwans (vaulted recesses) and rooms decorated with intricate woodwork, painted panels, and mother-of-pearl inlay. Visitors can explore the various rooms furnished in period style, including the reception hall, harem quarters, and a hammam within the house. The museum offers a vivid insight into the lifestyle of Aleppo's wealthy merchant families.
