Lenzerheide is both a mountain pass (elevation 1,549 m) and a resort village in the canton of Graubünden. The pass road connects Chur with the Engadin valley, winding through lush forests and alpine meadows. In summer, the area is a hub for hikers and mountain bikers, with trails leading to the Heidsee lake and up to the Parpaner Rothorn. The Heidsee is a popular spot for swimming, paddleboarding, and picnicking. In winter, Lenzerheide transforms into a ski resort with direct access to the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area. The village itself offers shops, restaurants, and a golf course. The pass is also known for the Lenzerheide Open Air, a music festival held annually in July. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills and larch forests, with views of the surrounding peaks.
