Kiri Vehera is a striking whitewashed stupa located in the ancient city of Polonnaruwa. Believed to have been constructed by Queen Subhadra, the wife of King Parakramabahu I, it remains in remarkably pristine condition. Visitors can admire its clean, unadorned surface and serene presence, offering a glimpse into the architectural elegance of the Polonnaruwa period. The stupa's name, meaning 'milk white,' reflects its bright appearance.
