San Anton is a small, rocky island connected to Getaria by a narrow causeway that is passable at low tide. The island is crowned by a hermitage dedicated to Saint Anthony, which dates back to the 16th century. Visitors can walk around the island on a short path, enjoying dramatic views of the Cantabrian Sea and the cliffs of Getaria.
