The Calahorra Tower is a fortified medieval tower located at the southern end of the Roman bridge. Today it houses the Museum of the Three Cultures, dedicated to the peaceful coexistence of Christians, Muslims, and Jews in medieval Córdoba. The museum uses interactive exhibits, models, and artifacts to tell the story of how these communities contributed to the city's golden age. Climbing to the top offers panoramic views of the bridge, the river, and the Mezquita. The tower itself is a striking example of Islamic military architecture, with a horseshoe-arched entrance.
Don't miss
- Interactive exhibits on Córdoba's three cultures
- Panoramic views from the rooftop terrace
- The original horseshoe-arched entrance and medieval architecture
