The Judgement Tower (Sodni stolp) is a well-preserved medieval tower dating from the 14th century, originally part of Maribor's fortifications. Its name recalls its past use as a prison and courthouse. Today, visitors can climb the tower for sweeping views of the old town and the Drava River. The interior often hosts art exhibitions and small concerts, blending history with contemporary culture. The tower's sturdy stone walls and narrow windows evoke its defensive purpose, while the surrounding park provides a peaceful spot to rest.
