Travelling as two ladies, Food portion is huge so if you are a couple don’t order anything more than 2. The set for 2pax cost 200 it is great to experience more dishes but definitely too much for 2, you can take away if you cannot finish but alternatively, we ordered only 1 main dish and 1 appetizer and that was perfect. We went at around 5pm and it was not crowded at all. Atmosphere here is fantastic, great for photo taking but lightings are quite dim so for travelling who wants photo, consider going there earlier

Best authentic Saudi cuisine I’ve had. Superb quality of lamb and chicken with a variety of rice and salads, sauces and side dishes. The price is ok for Saudi standards. The ambience is most amazing in with private Bedouin style rooms with a fireplace

During my work trip to Riyadh, amidst the intensity of the forum, I took a break to explore one of the city’s most authentic dining experiences at Najd Village. This traditional restaurant offered not just a meal, but a true immersion into Saudi Arabian culture, and it became one of the highlights of my trip. I had the unique opportunity to try camel meat for the very first time. While I didn’t know what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the richness and depth of flavour. The dish was prepared with remarkable care, and the taste was unlike anything I had experienced before—deliciously tender and deeply satisfying. The sheer amount of food was impressive, with an abundance of local dishes that were both hearty and authentic. What made the experience truly memorable, however, was the setting. The restaurant’s seating arrangement was designed in a traditional Arabian style, which added a unique cultural element to the meal. Sitting comfortably on the floor, surrounded by vibrant décor, I felt a deep connection to the heritage and history of the region. Every detail—from the food to the seating—was carefully curated to provide an immersive experience, far beyond a typical restaurant meal. For anyone visiting Riyadh, Najd Village is a must-visit destination for those looking to dive into the heart of Saudi Arabian cuisine and culture. Whether you’re trying camel for the first time or enjoying the variety of local dishes, this restaurant offers an unforgettable experience, blending tradition and hospitality in a way that truly captures the spirit of the region.
