This restaurant used to be Turkish and changed to Spanish according to the Maneger. The restaurant is located inside Hayat Regency hotel. They serve variety of Spanish dishes. I don’t have good idea about the menu since I was invited to a conference but all the dishes we’ve tried were great. There appetites were very unique and tasty, the Spanish pancakes and potatoes. They have amazing seafood soup and paella which is prepared and served freshly next to you. The steak and chicken skewers were also tasty. The salmon was awesome. At the end we had western and eastern desserts and we loved them as well. The waiter was so kind and accommodating. The vibes were awesome, lights are dimmed and view is attractive looking at Olaya street.
The food and service were amazing. My favorites were the croquettes and the beef cheek. Our server was Lala. Her service was excellent and her suggestions are good. We all gave Chef Paul’s dishes a thumbs up!
This spot is great for a romantic dinner. The food was amazing and the service couldn’t have been better. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The appetizers already whet my appetite. The main course, Spanish fried rice, was especially delicious. Amelyn, one of the employees in the restaurant, provided excellent service. Chef Stephan and his team demonstrated their professionalism. Thank you again to Chef Stephan and his team!
