Superb dumpling espicallt the russian. We had 5 types overall all good but by far the russian is th go to one. Lighter dough. But all worthy of a trial. Me u for ease https://pelmenya-spb.ru/localmenu?restaurantIdFromQr=7
Truly outstanding - I've long had this idea that it would be great to have all the dumplings of the world in one place, and they have implemented it brilliantly - you can choose from pelmeni, khinkali, dim sum, gyoza, kurze, khanum etc etc. I can really only complain that they don't have Polish pierogi or Turkish manti :) Another great thing is how you can do mix & match for most items on the menu. Still haven't tried so much cool stuff from the menu that I'll definitely be back!
I love the street the restaurant was located in. It was near anna akhmatovo museum. The food was okay, I ordered spinach soup and pelemenya and another kind of dumpling.
We visited for dinner and were fortunate to get a table straight away. We chose a lot of different dumplings and they all tasted great, so even if the food is simple it's well made and really tasty. It's maybe not an ideal place for a long dinner, more for 1h nice time with good food. Nice, informal atmosphere, nice staff who took time to explain and recommend. Well worth a visit!
