Apartment 44 had a speakeasy vibe with great ambiance, delicious food, and drinks. I only had a beer. A lady was missing an eye, so I took a star off. Good WiFi.
Great food and great atmosphere. Small but comfortable. Waitress spoke english and was very nice. I will come back again when I am in Moscow!
Disappoinment after reading all the positive reviews. Another cool location, but we were disappointed by the service and food. We probably should have left after asking advice from the waitress to be told "I don't eat here, I just work here". We ordered cocktails that were good. The food was a mess with the appetizers coming out at the same time as or after the mains. I sent mine back. My steak was overcooked and you could not taste any truffle. The waitress couldn't have cared less when told. The other dishes were dry and tasteless. We ran out as soon we could. Not recommended.
Mind the bill! We paid 350 roubles (~5€) for a small bottle of water, just because they did not have their usual brand and provided another, three times more expensive, without informing us. Apart from that, food is not expensive but not very good either.
