Real magical place! Probably the most beautiful restaurant in Moscow, or even in Russia. Great place to come dine in with your special one. The food is asian to Chinese so it was fine for me. The service is good. I mean look at the place and it doesn’t matter what they serve you! I was there for late lunch so the restaurant was a bit empty but that’s the objective to come at that time. However, better to make a reservation.
Turandot resturant is very famous in Moscow, first of all the food was nothing to delicious(9.5/10) the portion 7/10 Atmosphere definitely 1000/10 they are very careful about the dress code (be calss) but one thing i didn't like that after the food i ordered dessert and the table was a bit messy ( i didn't clean it on purpose ) to see the waiter's reaction if he will tide it up .. but guess what :)
Very rude the receptionist,, Today on 2,Dec,2024 at 9:00 pm I came all the way from dubai to try this restaurant and share my experience with my networks, friends and family but unfortunately i was treated in un respected way by 2 ladies who asked me to remove my head cover & i told them im Muslim but they didn't allow me & my friends to enter & we had to change plan, i came with smile & kindness & left with bad experience for the first time in my fav city !! I will never come back again i would rather go to my top restaurants like novikov & white rabbit and others who show their warm welcome all the time
The design and dishes are great, but the quality of service is highly disappointing. For instance, I had to care about water myself; or I waited over 30 minutes for dirty plates to be taken away; coffee and tea were proposed only in an hour from my attendance. It was really unpleasant to deal with such service, which spoiled my impression completely
