The Basilica of the Holy Trinity, consecrated in 2007, is a striking contemporary structure built to accommodate the massive crowds that visit Fátima. Its circular design, with a diameter of 125 meters, seats 8,500 people and can hold up to 20,000 standing. The interior is minimalist, with natural light filtering through colored glass, and the main altar features a bronze crucifix. It hosts daily Masses and major celebrations, offering a contrast to the older basilica's ornate style.
