The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary is the centerpiece of the Sanctuary complex, completed in 1953 in a neo-baroque style. Its 65-meter tower dominates the skyline, and inside, the tombs of Saints Francisco, Jacinta, and Lúcia are located near the main altar. The basilica features fifteen altars dedicated to the mysteries of the Rosary, stained-glass windows depicting the apparitions, and a serene atmosphere for prayer. It can accommodate about 1,000 worshippers.
