The food was average, service could have been a little better. Everytime we ordered something the waiter had to check back with someone, which took awhile and delayed everything. Kind of odd. The amount to MSG really gave a few of us a headache the following morning and much of the day
This classic Peruvian-Chinese fusion restaurant is a local favorite. For an unforgettable chifa experience in Lima, be sure to make a reservation, as it's often crowded. The friendly staff and exceptional food make it a must-visit, especially for lunch
I give it a 3 because I was with friends and family. Her so much about this place that finally went there. You need a reservation but ask why? Not sure why is so overrated but someone told be its because of the reputation due to the revie of others. I’ve been to better Chifa’s in Lima, believe me (and there are many) but I did not care for the taste and the cost. 2 iout of the 4 of us got sick at night due to the food. Not sure whit plate t was. When you go to a Chifa you usually share.
Expected a delicious fusion Peruvian/Chinese but instead it was just the normal bland Cantonese we can get at home. Nothing exceptional whatsoever. Maybe we ordered badly but it should still have been good considering the hype. Service was fine. Considering the other meals we’ve had in lima it was a wasted opportunity.
