Whenever I visit Gai’a for sushi and delicious food, I'm always delighted. It never fails to impress me, especially with their sushi, which I absolutely love. However, I believe they could improve by enhancing the sizes of their portions. Overall, it's always a fantastic experience dining there, but a bit more food would make it even better.

Located in the one of the most traditional eating places of Islamabad, Gai'a provides very well prepared authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, teriyaki, ceviche, tataki, nigiri, sashimi etc. The restaurant has a decent outdoor seating as well as an indoor seating with very nice decor. We ordered Gai's Special and Miso Spicy soups and found them to our liking. We also tried their salmon ceviche, robata grilled lobster and beef with three mushrooms and found all of them very well cooked. This is not a cheap restaurant so be ready to pay Rs 4000 to 6500 per head, depending on your order. So from value for money point of view, one can get much better options in much cheaper rates elsewhere, however, if authentic Japanese food is the purpose, this is the place to go. Service is very good.
