Nativity Cathedral is the spiritual heart of Moldovan Orthodoxy, located in Chișinău's central Cathedral Park. Built in the 1830s, its imposing neoclassical facade and soaring bell tower dominate the square. Inside, visitors find ornate iconostasis, frescoes, and a serene atmosphere. The cathedral was damaged in World War II and later restored, symbolizing the city's resilience.
